Tips on Using Vox for Website Promotion

If you find it too hard to promote yourself in mySpace, or ORKUT, or feel they lack somehow in privacy - here is a good alternative which offers free personal blogging service - Vox! I really like the privacy controls feature. The site has seamless integration with YouTube, Flickr and more. It is a great (gate) way to share your life with friends and family members in private and secured way. With over thousands of pre-built templates, you can post beautiful blogs within a minute. If you find things little cluttered, simply take a small VOX tour!

Frankly, I have not used Vox much for traffic, there are groups discussing about shopping & all, but I do not know whether they will allow you to post affiliate links in their website.

This post is kind of old have you done anything with Vox since or did you give up? I checked their tos as much as I could and did not see anything against affilaite links so I am giving it a try.

I was doing really well with wordpress.com blogs but got my accts. shut down for having affiliate links. At the time I didn't know it was against the tos should have read more carefully. Anyway I am trying out both VOX and Opera to see if either will produce traffic. Love to know what you have done.

I've recently not visited Vox. But I'll strongly recommend you to contact their support team before posting affiliate links.
